Please note this contact The TLD Project Disclaimer
The information, guidance and assistance provided by The TLD Project, whether through our website, support platform, email, telephone communications or any other channel, are supplied for general informational and operational support purposes only. While we aim to provide clear, accurate and helpful assistance, information supplied by our team should not be treated as legal advice, regulatory advice, cybersecurity certification, forensic analysis, or a guarantee of any particular outcome.
The TLD Project may help users identify domain names, web addresses or other online indicators that could be relevant to brand impersonation, phishing, fraud or other forms of online abuse. However, the presence of a domain name, similarity score, monitoring alert or other result does not by itself establish that unlawful activity has taken place, that a third party is acting maliciously, or that a domain is connected with a particular person or organisation. Equally, the absence of an alert, result or monitored domain should not be interpreted as confirmation that no impersonation, fraud or cybersecurity risk exists. Please contact The TLD Project if you discover a suspicious web address that the service has not identified.
Users remain responsible for assessing the relevance of information provided through the service and for deciding what action, if any, to take. Before making allegations, contacting a third party, issuing a takedown request, reporting activity to a registrar or hosting provider, or taking legal action, users should consider obtaining advice from suitably qualified legal, cybersecurity, fraud-prevention or technical professionals.
The TLD Project does not control domain registrars, registries, hosting providers, search engines, internet service providers, social-media platforms, law-enforcement bodies, dispute-resolution services or other third parties. We cannot guarantee that a domain, website, email address or other online content will be removed, suspended, transferred, investigated or otherwise acted upon. Any action by a third party is subject to that organisation’s own policies, evidence requirements, jurisdiction, processes and timescales.
Support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. We may prioritise support requests according to their nature, available information, potential urgency and operational capacity. Response times are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing. Users should not rely on standard support channels for emergencies, active security incidents, immediate fraud prevention or matters requiring urgent action. Where there is an immediate risk of financial loss, criminal activity, compromise of systems or danger to individuals, users should contact the relevant bank, payment provider, internet service provider, cybersecurity incident-response provider, law-enforcement authority or emergency service without delay.
General enquiries may be answered at our discretion and do not create a client, adviser, agency, partnership or contractual relationship unless a separate written agreement is in place. We may decline to comment on individual third parties, suspected incidents or legal matters where doing so would be inappropriate, unsupported by evidence or outside the scope of our service. When you contact The TLD Project you should be aware of these points.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unlimited Application Ltd and The TLD Project accept no liability for decisions made, actions taken or losses incurred in reliance on general support information, monitoring results or responses to enquiries.
