Terms of service
The TLD Project: A service developed and maintained by Unlimited Application Ltd.
Version: 1.4
Effective date: 20/08/2026
Last updated: 11/09/2026
The Service is intended principally for business and professional use. It may be available to customers in a number of countries, subject to applicable law, payment-provider availability, sanctions restrictions and our operational and security requirements. We may restrict or decline access where reasonably necessary.
1. Who we are and how to contact us
The TLD Project (“the Service”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by Unlimited Application Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15913087, whose registered office is at 86–90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom.
You can contact us at theteam@thetldproject.com.
2. These terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of The TLD Project website at thetldproject.com, the customer portal, the monitoring service, and any reports, evidence packs, notifications or other materials we make available (together, “the Service”).
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept them, you must not use the Service.
These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated into them by reference.
The Service may be available to customers in a number of countries, subject to applicable law, payment-provider availability, sanctions restrictions and our operational and security requirements. Section 24 explains which law applies and how mandatory local consumer rights are preserved.
3. Definitions
- Core Domain — the domain name specified in your Subscription and accepted by us for monitoring, for example, ‘example.com’ or ‘example.co.uk’. We may use elements of that domain name, including its registrable label, to generate candidate variants for monitoring.
- Owned Domain — an additional domain name that we expressly accept for monitoring under the same Subscription at no additional charge.
- Monitored Domain — a Core Domain and any Owned Domains expressly accepted by us for monitoring under the relevant Subscription.
- Mimic Domain — a third-party domain identified by the Service as matching or closely resembling a Monitored Domain.
- Alert — a notification we send you about a candidate Mimic Domain.
- Complaint Report — the structured evidence pack and correspondence the Service prepares for you to submit to a registry, registrar or hosting provider.
- Subscription — a paid right to use the Service for twelve months in relation to one named Core Domain and any Owned Domains expressly accepted by us for monitoring.
- Business User — a user who uses the Service wholly or mainly for purposes relating to a trade, business, craft or profession.
- Consumer — an individual user who uses the Service wholly or mainly outside any trade, business, craft or profession.
- Case — a complaint record created through the Service’s case-management process in relation to a candidate Mimic Domain, including any associated Complaint Report, evidence pack, draft correspondence or related materials.
4. Eligibility and your account
4.1 You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
4.2 If you accept these Terms on behalf of an organisation, you warrant that you have authority to bind that organisation, and “you” means that organisation.
4.3 You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering and keep it up to date. Alerts and Complaint Reports are delivered to the contact details you supply; we are not responsible for consequences arising from out-of-date or incorrect details.
4.4 You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at theteam@thetldproject.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
4.5 Automated access. You must not use scripts, bots, automated tools, AI agents, MCP connections or other automated means to access, extract data from or interact with the Service unless we provide a documented interface, API or integration for that purpose, or we have given you prior written approval.
You must not use automated means in a way that bypasses security controls, exceeds stated usage limits, impairs the Service, accesses data not intended for you, or creates an unreasonable load on our systems.
This clause does not prevent ordinary use of password managers, accessibility tools or browser features that do not interfere with the Service or access information beyond your Account permissions.
4.6 You may only register a Core Domain that you own or control, or for which you have the domain owner’s written authority. We may require evidence of ownership or authority at any time. If you do not provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable time, we may suspend monitoring for the relevant Core Domain, remove it from your account or terminate the relevant Subscription. Where appropriate, we will give you an opportunity to provide further information before doing so.
5. What the Service does
5.1 The Service monitors domain-name data and other available signals for patterns that may resemble your Core Domain. Depending on the Service configuration, this may include alternative top-level domains, prefixes and suffixes, hyphenation, spelling variations, character substitutions, similar domain-name structures and other patterns selected or generated by our monitoring systems.
5.2 Where the Service identifies a candidate Mimic Domain, we may send you an Alert by email, through the customer portal or by another notification method made available in the Service for human review.
5.3 If, following your review, you decide to act, the Service may prepare Complaint Reports for submission to a registry, registrar, hosting provider, platform, authority or other relevant third party. Complaint Reports are designed to help you organise relevant evidence and communications, but may not meet every recipient’s requirements.
5.4 Complaint Reports are prepared for you to send from your own email address, in your own name. We are not a party to any complaint you make and we do not submit complaints on your behalf unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
6. What the Service does not do — important limitations
Please read this section carefully. It defines the boundaries of what you are buying.
6.1 No guarantee of detection. The Service is an early‑warning system, not an insurance or guarantee. No monitoring service can detect every domain that mimics a brand. Domains can be registered anywhere in the world, at any time, without meaningful verification, and using patterns no automated system anticipates.
You acknowledge that it is not possible to ensure that all Mimic Domains will be detected. We do not guarantee that the Service will identify every Mimic Domain or threat affecting you. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
6.2 Human review is required. Alerts identify *candidate* matches based on pattern analysis. They are not findings of infringement, bad faith, fraud or unlawful conduct. You are solely responsible for reviewing each Alert and deciding whether the domain in question is in fact malicious or objectionable.
You must not treat an Alert, risk indicator, score, report or other Service output as proof of wrongdoing.
6.3 We do not provide legal advice. Nothing in the Service, in any Complaint Report, in our documentation, or in any communication from us constitutes legal advice, and no solicitor–client or attorney–client relationship is created.
Complaint Reports are administrative documents that organise publicly available and observed information. Domain disputes can involve trade mark law, the UDRP, Nominet DRS and other national procedures, defamation law and consumer law. You should take independent legal advice before making allegations against a third party or commencing any dispute.
6.4 We do not control outcomes. Registries, registrars, hosting providers, platforms, search engines, phishing-reporting services, regulators and dispute-resolution bodies apply their own policies, evidence requirements and timescales. We have no authority over them and do not guarantee that a domain will be suspended, transferred, taken down, blocked, investigated or otherwise acted upon, or how long any process will take.
6.5 We are not a security product. The Service does not prevent phishing, block email spoofing, filter traffic, secure your website, email, devices or network, remove content from the internet, or monitor every online platform, social-media service or messaging service. It should form one layer of a wider security and brand-protection posture, not a substitute for appropriate technical, legal, insurance, security or brand-protection measures.
6.6 Third-party data. The Service relies on registry zone files, WHOIS/RDAP records, DNS data and other third-party sources. That data may be incomplete, delayed, redacted (including for data-protection reasons) or inaccurate, and access to it may be withdrawn or restricted by the parties who control it. We are not responsible for such data or for changes to its availability.
Alerts are a convenience notification. They may be delayed, filtered, blocked, misdirected or not delivered. You remain responsible for checking the customer portal and maintaining valid contact details. You must not rely on Alerts as your only means of detecting or responding to an urgent security incident.
7. Your responsibilities when making a complaint
7.1 You decide whether to act on an Alert and what to send. Every Complaint Report, allegation, notice or communication you submit is your statement, made in your name, on your own authority and at your own risk.
7.2 Before submitting any Complaint Report, you must satisfy yourself that:
(a) you hold rights sufficient to support the complaint;
(b) the statements in it are accurate, complete and made in good faith, and you have not omitted information in a way that makes the communication misleading;
(c) you must not use the Service or a Complaint Report to harass a competitor, obtain a domain name to which you have no legitimate entitlement, or make a complaint for any improper purpose.; and
(d) submitting it complies with all laws, policies and rules that apply to you and to the recipient.
7.3 You must not alter a Complaint Report so as to make it inaccurate or misleading and then present it as generated by the Service.
7.4 Allegations of impersonation, fraud or bad faith made against an identifiable person or business carry legal risk in most jurisdictions, including claims for defamation, malicious falsehood, unfair competition and abuse of process. You accept that risk. Section 18 sets out your indemnity to us in respect of it.
8. Acceptable use
You must not:
(a) register or monitor a domain name where you have no ownership, authority or legitimate business interest;
(b) use the Service to surveil, harass, intimidate or profile any individual;
(c) use the Service to gather information for the purpose of registering, acquiring, trafficking in or speculating in domain names;
(d) use the Service to pressure a third party to transfer, sell or abandon a domain name to which you have no legitimate entitlement;
(e) access, probe, scrape, reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, interfere with or disrupt the Service, its infrastructure, software, data or security measures;
(f) use automated means to extract data from the Service beyond any documented interface we provide;
(g) upload or transmit malicious code, or anything unlawful, defamatory or infringing; or
(h) use the Service in breach of any applicable law, sanctions regime or export control.
(h) attempt to access, probe, scrape, reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Service, its infrastructure, or its underlying software or data;
We may investigate suspected breaches and may suspend or terminate access under section 19.
9. Fees, tax and our pricing model
9.1 The annual fee for a Subscription is published on our website and in the customer portal at the time of purchase. We may change our fees for future Subscription terms. Where a fee increase applies to a renewal, we will notify you of the new amount before that renewal is charged, in accordance with section 10.2. The then-current fee applies at each renewal date.
9.2 Currency and tax. Prices are shown in pounds sterling unless we state otherwise. Any VAT, sales tax, GST or other applicable transaction tax will be shown at checkout where we are required to charge it. You are responsible for any bank charges, currency-conversion charges, withholding taxes, duties or taxes that we are not required by law to collect.
9.3 Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe, subject to their terms. We do not store full payment card details.
10. Subscription term, renewal and cancellation
10.1 A Subscription begins on the date we confirm your purchase and continues for twelve months, unless ended earlier under these Terms. Each Subscription applies to the named Core Domain recorded in your account.
10.2 Automatic renewal. Unless you cancel renewal before the renewal date, your Subscription renews automatically for further twelve-month terms at the price notified to you before renewal. We will give you reasonable advance notice of the renewal and the amount to be charged.
10.3 Licence per domain. Each Subscription is issued for one named Core Domain. Deleting a Core Domain does not normally create a credit, voucher or right to monitor a replacement domain.
We may permit one replacement Core Domain during the first 14 days after the initial purchase where:
(a) you added the wrong domain by genuine mistake;
(b) you own or control the replacement domain;
(c) no Complaint Report for the original Core Domain has been downloaded, sent or submitted; and
(d) allowing the replacement would not create misuse, fraud or an unreasonable administrative burden.
Any replacement is at our reasonable discretion. To request one, contact theteam@thetldproject.com.
10.4 Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current twelve-month term, unless you end the Subscription and obtain a refund under section 11 or have a statutory right to cancel. Monitoring continues until then unless the Subscription is ended earlier under these Terms.
10.5 Deleting a Core Domain. You may delete a Core Domain through the customer portal. When you delete a Core Domain, monitoring stops immediately. You will not receive a refund for unused time in the current Subscription term, except where required by law or expressly stated in these Terms. The Subscription is not automatically transferred to another domain. Historical Alerts and Complaint Reports for that domain may remain available for 30 days following deletion, after which they may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You should export information you need before deleting a Core Domain. You will not receive a refund for unused time in the current Subscription term, except where required by law or expressly stated in section 11 of these Terms.
10.6 Expiry. When a Subscription expires, monitoring stops at the end of the paid Subscription term and Alerts cease. Historical Alerts and Complaint Reports may remain available for 30 days after expiry, after which they may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You should export information you need before the access period ends.
10.7 Payment failure. If a payment fails, we may suspend the relevant Subscription. We will normally give you at least 14 days’ notice and an opportunity to correct the failed payment before terminating the Subscription, unless immediate action is reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security or legal compliance.
11. Three-month trial, money-back guarantee and statutory cancellation rights
11.1 Three-month trial and money-back guarantee. Each initial Subscription includes a three-month trial period beginning on the date we confirm your purchase (the “Trial Period”). During the Trial Period, you may cancel the Subscription and request a full refund of the Subscription fee paid for the relevant Core Domain if you decide that the Service is not right for you.
To request a refund under this section, you must email theteam@thetldproject.com before the end of the Trial Period, using the email address associated with your account or otherwise providing sufficient information for us to identify your account and Subscription.
11.2 When the money-back guarantee ends. The money-back guarantee in section 11.1 applies only until the first time you generate, download, send or submit a Complaint Report in relation to the relevant Core Domain.
Once you generate, download, send or submit a Complaint Report, the Trial Period continues for access and monitoring purposes, but you are no longer eligible for a refund under the money-back guarantee in section 11.1.
11.3 Notice before creating a Case. Before you create a Case during the Trial Period, we will present a notice explaining that creating the Case will end your eligibility for the money-back guarantee for that Subscription. By confirming that you wish to create the Case, you acknowledge and agree to that consequence.
11.4 Scope and exclusions.
The money-back guarantee:
(a) applies only to the first Subscription purchased for the relevant Core Domain;
(b) does not apply to renewals, additional services, separately agreed professional services, taxes, bank charges, currency-conversion charges or amounts that we are required to pay or retain by law;
(c) does not apply where we have suspended or terminated the Subscription because of your material breach of these Terms, fraud, misuse or unlawful activity;
(d) does not apply where a Case has been created under section 11.2; and
(e) is personal to the original purchaser and may not be transferred.
Where a refund is due under this guarantee, we will normally make it to the original payment method within 14 days of confirming the refund.
11.5 Cancellation of renewal during the Trial Period. You may cancel automatic renewal at any time under section 10.4, including during the Trial Period. Cancelling automatic renewal does not itself end your current Subscription or entitlement to monitoring during the paid Subscription term. To end the Subscription during the Trial Period and seek a refund under section 11.1, you must make a refund request in accordance with that section.
11.6 Consumers — statutory right to cancel. If you are a Consumer, you may also have a statutory right to cancel a distance contract within 14 days, including under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 or equivalent mandatory rules that apply in your country of residence. Nothing in this section, including the creation of a Case under section 11.2, limits or excludes those statutory rights.
11.7 Immediate supply during the statutory cancellation period. If you are a Consumer and ask us to begin supplying the Service during the statutory cancellation period, we may ask you to make an express request for supply to begin immediately and, where required by law, to acknowledge the effect that this may have on your statutory cancellation rights. Where permitted by law, you may be required to pay for the part of the Service supplied up to the time you cancel.
12. Intellectual property
12.1 We (or our licensors) own all intellectual property rights in the Service, including the platform, software, detection logic, report templates, documentation, branding and website content. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of those rights to you.
12.2 Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service during your Subscription term for your own internal brand-protection purposes. You may use Alerts and Complaint Reports for that purpose, including when communicating with registries, registrars, hosts, platforms, professional advisers and relevant authorities.
12.3 You may not publish, distribute or commercialise Complaint Reports or Service outputs as a standalone product or service.
12.4 You retain all rights in the domain names, trade marks and other material you supply. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use that material only as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, improve and support the Service for you.
12.5 Feedback. If you send us suggestions, we may use them without restriction or obligation to you.
13. Your data and privacy
13.1 Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
13.2 Operating the Service may involve processing information about third-party domain registrants, domain operators or other individuals obtained from public, semi-public, licensed or third-party sources. Where you use that information — including by submitting a Complaint Report — you determine whether and how to use it for your own purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that your own use complies with the data-protection, privacy, communications and other applicable laws that apply to you.
13.3 We may use aggregated and anonymised data about detections, patterns and Service performance to operate, improve and report on the Service. Such data will not identify you.
13A. Data Processing Agreement – Business Users
13A.1 Where you are a Business User, the processing of personal data by us on your behalf in connection with the Service is governed by our Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”), available at thetldproject.com/data-processing-agreement/. The DPA is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the agreement between us.
13A.2 By subscribing to or continuing to use the Service as a Business User, you confirm acceptance of the DPA as it stands at the time of your Subscription and as updated from time to time in accordance with its terms. Material changes to the DPA will be notified to you in accordance with section 20.
13A.3 The DPA does not apply where you are a Consumer. The Privacy Policy governs our handling of Consumer personal data.

14. Availability and changes to the Service
14.1 We aim to make the Service available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Monitoring, detection and Alert delivery depend on third-party infrastructure, data feeds and email delivery that we do not control.
14.2 We may carry out planned maintenance, and will try to schedule it to minimise disruption.
14.3 We may change, improve, replace or discontinue features. We will not materially reduce the core monitoring and reporting functionality of a paid Subscription during its current term without giving at least 30 days’ notice, unless an immediate change is required for security, legal, regulatory or third-party supplier reasons. If we make a material reduction and you reasonably object, you may cancel the affected Subscription before the change takes effect. We will refund a fair, pro-rata amount for the unused part of the Subscription term, unless the change was required to prevent misuse, protect security, comply with law or address a third-party restriction beyond our reasonable control. This clause does not limit the statutory rights of Consumers.
14.4 Fair use and technical limits. We may apply reasonable technical, security, storage, data-access, alerting, download, report-generation or API limits where necessary to protect the security, availability and integrity of the Service. We will not use such limits to materially reduce the core monitoring and reporting functionality paid for during a Subscription term, except where necessary to prevent abuse, address a security risk, comply with law or respond to a third-party restriction.
14.5 No service level agreement applies unless we have agreed one with you separately in writing.
15. Disclaimers
15.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as available” basis. Except as expressly stated in these Terms, we exclude warranties, conditions and representations relating to the Service, including those relating to uninterrupted availability, accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
15.2 Without limiting section 6, we specifically do not warrant that the Service will detect any given Mimic Domain, that Alerts will be accurate or complete, that Complaint Reports will be accepted or acted upon, that any domain will be suspended or transferred, or that use of the Service will prevent any loss, fraud, impersonation or reputational harm.
15.3 If you are a Consumer, you have legal rights in relation to services that are not carried out with reasonable care and skill or are otherwise not as described. Nothing in these Terms affects those rights.
16. Limitation of liability – Business Users
This section applies if you are a Business User. Section 17 applies if you are a Consumer.
16.1 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
16.2 Subject to 16.1, we will not be liable to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, for:
(a) loss of profits, revenue, business, contracts or anticipated savings;
(b) loss of or damage to goodwill or reputation;
(c) loss of or corruption of data;
(d) losses arising from fraud, phishing, impersonation or spoofing carried out by any third party;
(e) losses arising from any decision by, or delay or refusal of, any registry, registrar, hosting provider or dispute-resolution body;
(f) losses arising from a Complaint Report, allegation or communication that you make or submit; or
(g) any indirect or consequential loss.
(h) loss that could have been avoided by taking reasonable steps, including maintaining appropriate security, backups, insurance and professional advice.
16.3 Financial cap – Business Users. Subject to section 16.1, our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms and the Service will not exceed the Subscription fees actually paid by you to us for the affected Monitored Domain during the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.
17. Limitation of liability — Consumers
17.1 If you are a Consumer, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time the contract was made, both you and we knew it might happen.
17.2 We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory rights in relation to services supplied.
17.3 We are not liable for business losses. If you use the Service for any commercial or business purpose, section 16 applies instead.
18. Indemnity
18.1 If you are a Business User, you will indemnify us and our officers, employees, contractors and suppliers against all claims, demands, proceedings, losses, damages, liabilities, fines and reasonable legal costs arising out of or in connection with:
(a) any Complaint Report, allegation, notice or communication you submit to any third party;
(b) any dispute between you and a domain registrant, registry, registrar or hosting provider;
(c) your breach of these Terms, including sections 7 and 8; or
(d) your infringement of any third party’s rights.
18.2 This section does not apply to Consumers.
19. Suspension and termination
19.1 We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, if you materially breach these Terms, if payment fails and is not corrected within the period stated in section 10.7, if we reasonably suspect fraud, unlawful use, misuse or a security threat, if we are required to do so by law, a regulator, court order or sanctions requirement, or if a third-party supplier or data provider requires us to restrict or end relevant access. Where reasonable and appropriate, we will give you notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue before termination.
19.2 Where we suspend access for reasons that are not due to your breach of these Terms, we will restore access promptly once the cause is resolved. If we are unable to restore access within a reasonable time, we will refund a fair proportion of the fees paid for the period during which the Service was unavailable. This clause applies only to suspensions we impose and does not affect the no-refund position in section 10.3 in respect of customer-initiated domain deletion.
19.3 You may cancel automatic renewal or delete a Core Domain at any time under sections 10.4 and 10.5.
19.4 Sections 6, 7, 8, 11, 12, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 20 and 24 survive termination or expiry where necessary to give them effect.
20. Changes to these Terms
20.1 We may amend these Terms. The current version is always published at thetldproject.com and identified by the version number and date above.
20.2 For material changes, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email or through the portal. Changes take effect at the end of the notice period, or at your next renewal, whichever is later.
20.3 If you do not accept a material change, you may cancel the affected Subscription before it takes effect. If the change materially disadvantages you and is not required for security, legal, regulatory or third-party supplier reasons, we will refund a fair, pro-rata amount for the unused portion of the current Subscription term.
21. Force majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet or infrastructure failure, cloud-service failure, failure or restriction of registry, registrar, DNS, WHOIS, RDAP or other data services, cyber attack, acts of government, sanctions, war, civil unrest, natural disaster, epidemic, labour dispute or acts or omissions of third-party suppliers.
22. Sanctions and export control
You confirm that you are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or acting on behalf of a person or entity in a country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions imposed by the United Kingdom, European Union, United States or United Nations. You also confirm that you are not a person or entity subject to applicable sanctions restrictions. We may refuse, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to comply with sanctions, export-control laws or other legal requirements.
23. General
23.1 Entire agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Data Processing Agreement (for Business Users), applicable pricing information and any written order confirmation form the entire agreement between you and us in relation to the Service. They replace earlier discussions, representations and agreements relating to the Service, except that nothing limits liability for fraudulent misrepresentation.
23.2 Assignment. You may not assign, transfer or deal with your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations where reasonably necessary in connection with a business sale, reorganisation, financing, merger or transfer of the Service, provided this does not materially reduce your rights.
23.3 Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder continues in force.
23.4 Waiver. A delay or failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it.
23.5 Third parties. Except for our officers, employees, contractors and suppliers in relation to sections 16 and 18, no person other than you and us has any right to enforce these Terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
23.6 Notices. We will contact you at the email address on your account. You should contact us at theteam@thetldproject.com. A notice sent by email is treated as received on the next business day after sending, unless we receive a delivery-failure notice.
23.7 Language. These Terms are drafted in English. Any translation is provided for convenience only, and the English version prevails in the event of conflict.
24. Governing law and jurisdiction
24.1 These Terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
24.2 Business Users. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
24.3 Consumers. You benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of the country in which you are habitually resident, and nothing in these Terms deprives you of that protection. You may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales or in the courts of your country of residence. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
